How do we book?

The reservation can be made directly online on our website. The reservation will be completed when the user makes the advance payment, completes the guest registration online with all the details of the people who will occupy the property and signs the reservation contract online in digital form.

  • In some houses, prices increase according to the number of occupants.
  • An additional charge to the booking fee is the tourist tax imposed by the Government of Catalonia for the first 7 nights per person.
  • To confirm the booking, an advance payment of 30% must be made. All payments are made by credit card online.
  • The remaining amount of the rental and TT will be made by credit card online at least 40 days prior to the date of arrival.
  • Any cost incurred upon receipt of the amount will be borne by the payer.
  • The person who makes the booking must be 18 or over and is responsible for the veracity of the information provided.
  • Any booking made implies an acceptance of the general conditions.

When will we receive the booking confirmation?

When is the security deposit paid and when it is returned?

This security deposit must be received by CBA at least 30 days prior to arrival, to be paid by credit card through our booking system. CBA guarantees return of this deposit through the same credit card within 7 working days after you leave the property if no incidents have been reported.

Are more people than the number of people registered on the booking permitted to enter the property?

You undertake NOT to allow more people to stay in the property than those declared in the booking, nor to modify the composition of the group during your stay, nor allow entry to pets to the property without prior authorization in writing on our part. If this occurs, we reserve the right to deny you access to the property or to request you to leave it. These circumstances will be considered a cancellation on your part and we will not be obliged to reimburse you any of the amounts paid. Any payment returned will be entirely at our discretion.

Can we bring animals?

Taking pets (if the option is available) has a cost of €12 per pet per night and will be added to the rental cost.

Are cots or highchairs included in the price?

All properties include at least one highchair and one cot, free of charge.
If you need a cot, remember to let us know when booking.
Remember that bedding for cots is not provided.

Can we organize a party an event or a wedding?

In all our properties: organise "nightclub" parties, carry external music devices (including loudspeakers), place loudspeakers outside of the accommodation or play music outside are not permitted. Celebrations that involve a greater number of people than the maximum capacity of the house also are not allowed.
It is important that you respect this point as the properties are not legalized for these activities. An illegal celebration at the property would lead to immediate eviction.

Can we visit the house before making a booking?

Sorry this is not possible. Our descriptions, photos, opinions and all the information given in each house description on our website are accurate. We have been in every home and we have verified its quality.

What happens if we leave the house before the day of departure?

Should you leave the house before the checkout date, you will pay the total amount of the booking.

What happens if we need to cancel our booking?

A cancellation or modification will not come into effect until we receive your email. The cancellation date will be the date said email is received by CBA. Cancellation costs will be calculated against the total rental cost according to when notification is received from the client. The percentages are as followed:

Up to 60 days before the arrival date: reimbursement of 50% of the total amount of the reservation, less the amount of 60€ of administration costs and less the commission that the platform has applied to us if any.

Between 30 and 59 days before the arrival date: reimbursement of 25% of the total amount of the reservation, less the amount of 60€ of administration costs and less the commission that the platform has applied to us if any.

30 days before the arrival date: refund 0%

Platforms - cancellation conditions. Bookings made through a platform: the specific cancellation conditions belonging to the platform will apply.

COVID-19

If due to the mandatory official restrictions it is not possible to honour the reservation we offer:

1. Refund of monies paid less 60€ administration cost.

2. Modify your booking dates to come later we will keep the down payment that you have already paid. You will need to select the new dates (if you book within the same season the price will not change, if you change the season the price will also change).

In the event that there are no mandatory restrictions, our cancellation policies will remain the same. However, when you come to our accommodation, please use common sense, follow the recommendations to prevent contagion (mask, distancing and hygiene) and do not expose yourself to risky situations unnecessarily

Can I change the date of my booking?


This is possible and always if the house is available, (different dates may mean a different price). If there is no availability and you are not able to honour the booking, the booking will be considered as cancelled.


Can I change the property of my booking?


This is possible if another house is available, we are advised within 48 hours of the confirmation and always 15 days before the check in date.


How is the property equipped?


All properties have the necessary equipment for a comfortable stay.  If you notice that there is something missing (glasses, dishes, etc.) you must notify the owner / CBA at the time of your arrival. In the same way, if during your stay something is broken, you must notify the owner/CBA. You may be asked to replace it.
Our properties are rented as a whole, that means that we are renting the complete house and the facilities. You need to bring all food, cleaning products and toiletries


When are the swimming pools opened and closed?


Pools are available Easter through to mid October. However none of our pools are climatized.


How should the property be left on departure?


The property must be left tidy and organised all furniture left in its original positionAll types of residues, rubbish or food have been collected and deposited in the municipal rubbish bins, crockery, utensils, pots, pans etc must be clean and stored in the appropriate, the dishwasher must be empty, the fridge and freezer must be empty and clean, the sheets and towels folded at the foot of each bed. If the renter does not leave the accommodation in the aforementioned condition, the owner reserves the right to cover any extra cleaning expenses through the security deposit.


How should we behave at the property?


Properties are usually located in very calm villages or neighbourhoods, so you must respect the neighbourhood. In case of negligence or inappropriate behaviour, we reserve the right to cancel the rental contract with immediate effect. In this case, no monies will be returned to the client. It is not allowed to carry out "nightclub" parties, bring external music devices (including loudspeakers) to the house, place speakers or play music outside of the accommodations.


At what time can we arrive at the house and at what time do we have to leave?


Check-in time is from 5 pm to 8 pm.

Arrivals and Departures in High Season (Mid-June to Mid-September); Arrival is between 17.00 – 20.00hrs. Departures are before 10.00hrs.

Outside of these dates we are flexible. Normally for weekend and long weekend stays check out is at 17:00hrs.

On the booking confirmation email you will find the house owner's telephone number. You should call directly to notify the arrival time.
